In January, American Water Works Association Government Affairs Director Alan Roberson wrote an article for us on what Congress was likely to require from water system managers during 2015.
Today, he holds his annual webinar to update members and non-members on those regulatory actions. Topics include the Draft Fourth Contaminant Candidate List (CCL4), Department of Health and Human Services's final recommended fluoride level, final rules defining the Waters of the U.S., and the Clean Power Plan.
He'll also talk about the five regulatory actions expected to be published in 2016, as well as how ongoing delays challenge water managers planning for future treatment plant upgrades and/or expansions.
