Water team works together

Tallulah’s clear wells hadn’t been cleaned for at least seven years. A water department employee releases the slurry that built up in the interim.

La’Shant Morris doubled efforts when sampling to ensure pH levels were inside the correct parameters. Because Project Clear Well lowered pH and turbidity levels, the city’s using less chlorine for disinfection.
