The Pinnacle Series is a productivity solution, which uses multiform resources to help organizations overcome the everyday challenges they face in using Autodesk software. This cloud-based solution enables users to get the most out of their Autodesk Solutions with desktop and mobile applications that provide 24/7 access to workflow, training and support resources. Pinnacle Series is fully customizable with unlimited cloud storage, allowing organizations to house their corporate best practices and standard operating procedures.

PacifiCAD was looking for a way to bring design professionals the training, support, and productivity solutions they needed by providing a localized combination of content and services that connect customers to answers. Eagle Point's reputation for providing the AEC Industry with solutions to improve productivity, back-office processes, project collaboration/delivery processes, and employee on-boarding is well known and respected in the design community. By partnering with Eagle Point, PacifiCAD has been able to privately brand its own unique version of the Pinnacle Series known as PacXone, a revolutionary platform for interactive training, technical support, remote assistance, and searchable content in a single, concise interface that is manned and supported by PacifiCAD’s Autodesk Authorized technical staff.

An Autodesk Developer for over 30 years and currently an AEC Industry Partner, Eagle Point recently enhanced the Pinnacle Series solution by allowing Partners to append the already robust content, making room for enhanced workflows, cheat sheets, how-to videos and training classes. This new release is also the platform for content localization within the local time zone for live training and support services.
