Lift-station package componentsRomtec Utilities' pre-engineered lift stations consist of the following components:
Wet well: Self-cleaning, precast concrete wet wells; they come in diameters of 6 and 8 feet, in overall depths from 10 to 35 feet
Valve vaults, flow metering: Prefabricated, pressure-tested valves and flow meter vaults, with piping diameters from 4 to 10 inches
Submersible pumps: Units from ITT Flygt Corp. from 3 to 105 hp, in duplex or triplex systems
Generator: Cummins standby power in two available configurations: permanent onsite generator with automatic transfer switch, or portable trailer-mounted units
Control panels: A variety of UL-listed units, preassembled and ready for operation
SCADA and alarms: Selection of operating systems, including supervisory control and data acquisition, and less complex radio and auto-dialer systems.
