Sustainable construction is an important topic for Jon Bon Jovi.

The musician's non-profit foundation helped build the HELP Genesis JBJ Soul Homes in Newark, N.J., a public-private partnership that developed affordable housing and a community center for low-income and special-needs persons. In addition to a green roof, the LEED-certified design meets New Jersey “Green Future” standards.

Rodham Clinton joins the list of previous Greenbuild keynote speakers that includes Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Twitter founder Biz Stone, and author Thomas Friedman.

Both events will be in Temple University’s Liacouras Center at 1776 N. Broad St.
