This summer, the American Public Works Association (APWA) International Public Works Congress & Exposition takes place in Canada for the first time in more than 25 years. We offer the following highlights to make planning your action-packed week in Toronto as easy as planning your summer vacation.

What’s new?

For the first time, APWA is merging its annual Sustainability Conference and Congress, providing a unique forum for environmental issues that affect every community. In addition to visiting Sustainability Pavilion exhibitors, attendees can join leaders of the APWA Center for Sustainability in a roundtable discussion on the latest developments and trends driving sustainable communities. Users of the Envision infrastructure sustainability rating system can attend the Envision Roundtable Super Session to discuss potential applications with peers.

Among the event’s 400-plus exhibitors, a New Product Showcase will spotlight products introduced since last year’s Congress. Attendees are invited to vote for the Best New Product of 2014.
