A new study finds that China spends $11 trillion more in transportation and infrastructure than the United States. Arcadis released an analysis of what it calls the “world’s built assets” which include buildings, physical structures, and infrastructure that focuses on a country’s tangible investments. In short, the U.S. is falling behind when it comes to investing funds for buildings, transportation, and infrastructure.
