An $800,000 project involving two county roads opened several weeks ago to both praise and criticism.
"Drivers just have to get used to them," says Lake County Public Works Director Jim Stivender, who notes that people also complain "whenever we put in a new traffic light or anything new at an intersection because people are creatures of habit."
