The National Steel Bridge Alliance (NSBA) has announced the winners of its 2005 Prize Bridge Awards. Winning designs were recognized during the 2005 World Steel Bridge Symposium, held Nov. 29 to Dec. 2 in Orlando, Fla.
The awards are designed to honor significant, innovative steel bridges constructed in the United States. Awards are presented in a variety of categories that depend on the size and purpose of the bridge. Judges select winners based on innovation, aesthetics, and design and engineering solutions.
